Fluff Up - Biscoff Marshmallows
How did we f***f up? We've been experimenting double batches - which are technically octuple batches compared to where it all started - and this means we're working which flavours can be made at this scale in our current mixer. Unfortunately, this batch of Biscoff did not make the cut! These came out a little tougher and flatter than we're happy. Bagged in batches of 30 and still delicious with a texture that is not at all unpleasant - just not what we're after!
