As our marshmallows are handmade and don’t contain any preservatives, we have tested them to have a 16-week shelf life from the day they are made.

In saying this, the marshmallows don’t really go “off” per se, they just tend to loose their freshness, so will still be safe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as nice.

This is why we recommend specifying when you would like your order at the checkout page, so we are able to provide mallows as fresh as possible for you.

Generally speaking, yes they are. However, we do keep some stock on hand, so we can’t always guarantee they will be made fresh to order.

(All Wholesale and bulk orders are always made fresh to order, though.)

Our standard size of each marshmallow is approximately 3.5cm x 3.5cm.

Yes we do! We only dispatch orders on Monday’s and Tuesdays to avoid your precious cargo potentially sitting in a warehouse for longer than it needs to. All orders are sent express shipping post/courier for a flat rate of $15 ($17 with signature) or free for orders over $100.

We usually use Australia Post for all orders, Australia-wide. However, we sometimes use local couriers for Perth Metro deliveries.

All orders are packed nice and snug in cardboard mailers and during the warmer months, we also wrap the mailers in a protective/insulated foil bubble wrap, as a precaution during Summer.

While we always do our best to pack your order well and try to prevent heat damage, we can’t guarantee the condition the marshmallows will arrive in during warmer weather.

Obviously every flavour contains additional ingredients, which is stated on each product and nutritional label. We also have allergy warnings on each product listed on the website.

Unfortunately not. We use a high quality Halal Beef Gelatine and find this to provide the best texture for our mallows.

We would love to be able to offer a vegetarian/Vegan option, but are still working on creating something with the right texture/taste! Stay tuned!
