Welcome to Cloudy Confections! I’m Carmen, the owner and artisan behind every marshmallow you see here. Believe it or not, I didn’t even like marshmallows growing up! That all changed in 2015 when I stumbled upon a recipe in one of my beloved cookbooks and decided to experiment. From the first pillowy square I cut, it was love at first bite. Who knew marshmallows could taste so good? That spark of curiosity quickly grew into a passion, leading me to experiment with flavors, share batches with friends and family, and eventually bring Cloudy Confections to life.
Every marshmallow is handmade in small batches with care, love, and only the finest ingredients. My flavor range is inspired by everything I love to eat, from tart raspberry drizzled with dark chocolate to zesty Lemon Meringue Pie or even Biscoff-infused marshmallows! I also offer custom creations for special events or unique ideas, bringing a touch of marshmallow magic to your celebrations. Whether it’s for a wedding, a baby shower, or a custom order for your business, I’d love to bring your vision to life.

Running Cloudy Confections is a team effort, and I’m lucky to have my partner Jake helping out with the behind-the-scenes work. While I focus on making the marshmallows, Jake lends a hand with everything else—website updates, packaging, and even the occasional delivery.
