As our marshmallows are handmade and don’t contain any preservatives, we have tested them to have a 16-week shelf life from the day they are made.

In saying this, the marshmallows don’t really go “off” per se, they just tend to loose their freshness, so will still be safe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as nice.

This is why we recommend specifying when you would like your order at the checkout page, so we are able to make your mallows as fresh as possible for you.

Generally speaking, yes they are. However, we do keep some stock on hand, so we can’t always guarantee they will be made fresh to order.

(All Wholesale and bulk orders are always made fresh to order, though.)

Our standard size of each marshmallow is approximately 3.5cm x 3.5cm.

Yes we do! We only dispatch orders on Monday’s and Tuesdays to avoid your precious cargo potentially sitting in a warehouse for longer than it needs to. All orders are sent express shipping post/courier for a flat rate of $15 ($17 with signature) or free for orders over $100.

Prrices will vary for bulk orders. Please get in touch with us, if you are planning on making a bulk order prior to ordering online.

We usually use Australia Post for all orders, Australia-wide. However, we sometimes use local couriers for Perth Metro deliveries.

All orders are packed nice and snug in cardboard mailers and during the warmer months, we also wrap the mailers in a protective/insulated foil bubble wrap, as a precaution during Summer.

While we always do our best to pack your order well and try to prevent heat damage, we can’t guarantee the condition the marshmallows will arrive in during warmer weather.

As we are a small hand-made operation (just me, Carmen!), I try not keep too much stock on hand, as I don’t want them to lose freshness. So usually I will make your marshmallows to order, this can take a few days to make and package (approx. 2-5 days), then depending on where you are sending them to, this will add a few more days.

Generally speaking, please allow - 3-5 business days for Perth Metro, 5-7 business days for Perth Surrounds and 7-14 business days for anywhere else in Australia.

This is just an estimate, so please give me as much notice as possible, so I can make sure to get your order to you on time.

During peak times of the year, such as Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas, I will always do my best to get your order to you for the date required, however, please allow up to another week for your order to be made, as the volume of orders increase.

Our base ingredients are:

Beef Gelatine (Halal)
Salt

Obviously every flavour contains additional ingredients, which is stated on each product and nutritional label. We also have allergy warnings on each product listed on the website.

Unfortunately not. We use a high quality Halal Beef Gelatine and find this to provide the best texture for our mallows.

We would love to be able to offer a vegetarian/Vegan option, but are still working on creating something with the right texture/taste! Stay tuned!
